Who should drink Dream Water®?

-Dream Water® works well for anyone who is looking for help to fall asleep or to take the "edge off” after a long day. However, Dream Water® is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18, pregnant or nursing women. In addition, if you are taking medications or have questions/concerns about any of our ingredients, consult your doctor or medical practitioner before consumption and discontinue use if any adverse reactions occur. DO NOT DRIVE, OPERATE MACHINERY, OR DO ANY OTHER IMPORTANT TASKS WHEN TAKING THIS PRODUCT and it is not recommended to drink more than 1 serving in a 24-hour period.

When should I drink Dream Water®?

-Dream Water® should be consumed approximately 20 to 40 minutes before you want to go to sleep. It also should be consumed at any other time you may want to promote restorative sleep such as on an airplane or when you want to take a mid-day nap.

If I have trouble staying asleep and not falling asleep, when should I drink a Dream Water®?

-We recommend you try drinking a Dream Water® before falling asleep. In the alternative, if your problem isn’t the initial falling asleep, but rather the waking up after 3-4 hours of sleep, keep it by your beside and consume Dream Water® at that point.

How much Dream Water® should I drink?

-We do not recommend the long-term constant use of the product, as Dream Water® should be used as an aid to help put you back on the right sleep track. However, when consuming Dream Water®, we do recommend adults to drink a full 8oz bottle of Dream Water® or a full 2.5oz bottle of the Dream Water® shot. If you find that Dream Water® is having a stronger effect than you require, you should try using half a bottle instead.

Will I wake up feeling groggy, drowsy or have a hangover feeling?

-Dream Water® was created so that whether you sleep 4 hours or 8 hours, it helps promote rest and relaxation, with the hopes that you will wake up feeling refreshed, unlike so many of the OTC and prescription sleep aids currently available in the market.

What is the difference between Dream Water® and the Dream Water® shot?

-The main difference between Dream Water® and the Dream Water® shot is the size. They both carry the same concentration of our proprietary formula, but Dream Water® is 8oz and the Dream Water® shot is 2.5oz. Also, while Dream Water® and the Dream Water® shot are available in Lullaby Lemon with hints of tea, Dream Water®’s second flavor is I Dream of Kiwi… and plum while the Dream Water® shot’s second flavor is Snoozeberry.

What happens if I mix Dream Water® with alcohol?

-While not necessarily recommended, we are not currently aware of any adverse side effects of mixing the two. Also, given that it is our mission to promote good sleep habits, we don’t recommend using our product as a cocktail mixer or for anything other than helping restore your proper sleep cycles.

-No, Dream Water® does not contain sugar. Dream Water® does use a little bit of Sucralose, however, which is what allows us to sweeten the drink but still deliver it with 0-calories.
